Peter is the founder and principal of the firm and received his law degree from Osgoode Hall Law School and a Bachelor of Music degree from Berklee College of Music in Boston, Massachusetts. As a lawyer, Peter spent several years at a top-tier national law firm focused on corporate and securities law. He was called to the Ontario bar in 2010.
Having first-hand experience of the challenges that can arise in buying and selling real estate and operating businesses in Ontario, Peter built a practice that lets him work directly with clients on their most important transactions, while making the process as stress-free as possible.
